Winemaking process:

Handpicked in boxes, the grapes that have just arrived in the cellar are softly pressed. The free run must is statically cold decanted for at least 24 hours. The must undergoes a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature (12/14 ° C) which lasts for about 15-20 days. Maturation continues 80% in steel where there is also a long series of battonage and 20% Barriques in order to obtain a complex, structured and delicately scented wine.


Organoleptic properties:

Bright straw yellow. Smell declined on hints of exotic fruit (pineapple in the first place) golden apple, light menthol and hints of white rose and gardenia. Dynamic on the palate, with a pleasant balance dictated by freshness and flavor on one side and alcohol content on the other. Almond and fresh closure capable of reinforcing the finish of the mouth.
