Winemaking process:
Hand picked in crates, alcoholic fermentation in steel, malolactic fermentation in first and second passage barriques with batonage. Aging in first and second passage barriques for twelve months. Rest in the bottle for four to six months.
Organoleptic properties:
Bright ruby red with garnet reflections and beautiful texture.
Olfactory fan marked by notes of ripe durona cherry and plum in alcohol. Floral, balsamic and toasted hints follow. The mouth is of good volume with evident tannins and acidity balanced by reassuring softness. Not indifferent persistence marked by fruity and toasted returns of cocoa.
